TECHNOLOGY PRACTICE

Artificial Intelligence in Accounting & Finance

We build and run our own automation for reconciliation, document extraction and management reporting โ€” and every output passes through a practising Chartered Accountant before it reaches a client or a regulator.

Automation Built Inside a CA Practice

Most finance automation is sold by software companies to accountants. Ours was built the other way round: inside a working Chartered Accountancy practice, against real GST reconciliations, real bank statements and real client deadlines. That means the tools solve problems a practitioner actually has โ€” vendors who stop filing, credit that expires unnoticed, a monthly close that never lands on the same date twice โ€” rather than problems a product roadmap imagined.

We deploy that capability two ways: inside our own compliance and Virtual CFO engagements, and as an advisory service for businesses that want their finance function automated but need a professional to specify and supervise it.

Core Automation Capabilities

๐Ÿ”„ GSTR-2B & Purchase Register Matching

Full-population matching between purchase records and GSTR-2B, surfacing unclaimed credit, reversal risk and non-filing vendors within days of the statement generating.

๐Ÿฆ Bank Statement Reconciliation

Automated matching of bank statements to ledgers, with unmatched items classified and escalated rather than left to a year-end scramble.

๐Ÿ“„ Document Data Extraction

Invoices, bank certificates, statements, registration documents and identity records converted into structured data, removing the manual keying step behind most bookkeeping errors.

๐Ÿ“Š Management Reporting Pipelines

Monthly accounts, cash flow statements and KPI dashboards produced on a repeatable pipeline so the reporting date is fixed rather than negotiable.

โš™๏ธ Compliance Workflow Automation

Filing calendars, client data requests, status tracking and escalation, so nothing depends on somebody remembering.

๐Ÿงญ Automation Advisory

Reviewing an existing finance function, identifying what should be automated and what should not, and specifying the workflow โ€” with a CA accountable for the design.

What We Do Not Automate

Professional judgement, audit opinions, tax positions, certifications and signatures. No audit report, tax audit report, Form 15CB certificate (now Form 146) or statutory filing leaves this firm without review by a Chartered Accountant. Automation determines how fast the work reaches the reviewer โ€” never whether it is reviewed.

We also do not use client data to train external systems, and we do not route confidential client records through third-party services without express instruction.

Frequently Asked Questions

It replaces the keying, matching and copying. It does not replace the person who decides whether a credit is eligible, whether an expense is allowable or whether the accounts show a true and fair view. In practice, automation shifts a finance team's time from data entry to review and decision-making.

Client records are treated as confidential professional data. We do not route confidential records through third-party services without express instruction, and we do not use client data to train external systems.

No. We build around what you already use โ€” Tally, Zoho Books or comparable โ€” rather than requiring a migration.

Yes. Automation advisory is available as a standalone engagement: we review the current process, specify what should be automated, and hand over a documented workflow.
